Window not displaying correctly in schedule

I have a window type that is not displaying its level and room name on a window schedule after its host wall goes beyond 14" in thickness. I assume this is an issue with the family, but I cannot figure out what parameter I need to change to make the window info show up correctly on the schedule. Can anyone help with this? I've attached the fixed window family, which is the problematic one, and a sample casement window, which is working fine, just for comparison.

Ah! I see another issue!

Move these widgets away from host wall and reload family into project.
