Window materials appearing different in realistic view

Hi,

all the windows in the above elevation have the same material applied to the panes and the background walls are all the same colour yet the windows on the right appear transparent (correct) whereas those in the middle appear opaque. The central windows appear transparent in the realistic 3D view so unsure why they aren't appearing correctly.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Thought I should add both shadows and depth queuing are turned off in the view template

Check in the window family and see if the opening has set the transparency in the elevation.
