I am creating a half-round window with a radius of 4'. The image below shows the window with no mullions. I have the grid lines laid out for the mullions. My current workflow uses an extrusion to manually create the mullions. Is there a tool that adds mullions automatically via gridlines?
The family I am using is the stock Window template.

If you want to use Mullions - which are different from Muntins - then create the Window with a System Family Curtain Wall and Edit Profile to shape it into an arch.
if you are looking for something similar to those continuous ones (no joint) which you have in the image, then No, there is no such tool
Not sure why you need the family though, you can create that using a Curtain Wall and have the mullions added automatically at the grid lines.

I am trying to replicate this arched window (just the top portion). I am looking for the quickest way to make the separating grids. The manual extrusion is quite time consuming. I think technically these are muntins shown in the window below. What do you suggest @barthbradley. Sticking with manual extrusion?
You can definitely get there via a shape-edited Curtain Wall. I mean, Mullions are basically 3D sweep extrusions of a 2D Profile. So, your Mullion's 2D Profile could easily be Muntin shaped and sized.
FWIW: muntins are what are dividing the lites - or simulating divided lites.
FWIW#2: In the OOTB Content Library, you can find Muntin Families in the Windows: Nested Families: Muntins Folder.
If it's just the one window I suppose you could accurately model it as family. For an early design phase you might want to stick with curtain walls though, using nested curtain walls for the panels, as mentioned I suppose...
I'm getting beat over the head with curtain walls! I'll give those a shot.
It seems more advanced extrusion/sketch line tools could really help out. Something like auto-close ends or auto-trim X intersections. The manual TR SL method of the sketch tool does the job, but the time it takes to do this seems like it could be automated with a few advanced tools.
For now I just finished it manually.
