Window Family View Range

Hello Everyone,

I just created two window families that don't appear correctly in the project floor plan (they do appear correctly in the family reference level though).

I assume the problem comes from the fact that the opening is nested in the main window family, and it (only the opening) doesn't get cut properly. I tryed already to change the view range both in the opening family and the window family and couldn't find a solution.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this Problem? I would like to avoid drawing lines and would like the window to get cut properly. Familys attached here (Revit 2019)- the one on the right works properly, i dont know why. Cheers!

Is it not just the view range?  I moved it up and the glazing became visible.

yes it was just the view range in the main file - i spent so much time trying to change the view range in the families… silly mistake

i was going to suggest the view range.  had it typed out and posted, re-read the info... where it was said it was attempted. lol.  so i just attempted to delete my post - but apparently you cant.  so i just edited it back to whats up there now.
