You can not in how you build this family. You use an array to place the windows. In those cases the elements have to be the same. When you try to flip/mirror one of the elements in the array the elements in the array are not the same, so all the other windows will follow (or you get some error).
So you will need to rethink your family. Not using an array or splitting your family into multiple ones or...
It all depends on which variations are needed

Yes. Thanks. I Think I have to use the panels not as an array. But Wondering the ways to achieve the same results
As mentioned. It depends on what you try to accomplish. What are all the variations/variables/parameters that should be able to be set.
Maybe you could do with placing several windows and then use visibility settings to control which and how many windows are shown. For example you can place tow windows on top of each other (left swing and right swing) and then use the visibility to show the ones needed and hide the one not needed. Or you could use single nested families which have a setting for left or right swing.
If it gets too big or too complicated it might be better to split it out to multiple families.
Just experiment to see what works. I have made many families anew several times. Sometimes because I found more efficient way to model and sometimes because of changed/increased needs and found a different method thet worked better

I would use the Curtainwall window approach. If you trying to do this type of window with family, it is way more complex and may require you do different condition to achieve what you want. See attached sample
