window family not working

i have created the following window (see attached) to go above some bi-folding doors , but when i add to model it says it cant add type? any ideas thanks in advance

No family attached?

It usually has to do with some constraints inside the family. With windows it is often related to the thickness of the walls.

Make sure your flex your family well to test if everything behaves as expected

Had a look at your family. When you look at the extrusion of the window frame and edit that one you will see a 'strange' dimension. It goes from part of the window frame to the edge of the wall. However this dimension has no relevance to a project and that is why it possibly gives problems when inserting in a project. Remove this dimension and window will load
