Window cut lines not shown in plan

Does it cut if you change the cut plane in project change the window elevation?  You can also change the cut plane in the family.

I am having the same issue and haven't been able to fix it. I know that you need to set the cut plane of the window family to match what you want in your project file, but I only see the perimeter frame not the inner panels. I attached the file if anyone can look at it and has some thoughts.
