Why won't muntins show up in renderings?

Ii am using stock Revit windows and muntins. They show up in realistic model mode but not the finished rendering.

Any idea? why?

Are you rendering in the cloud or on your computer?

Interesting. Could it be the detail level needs to be set to fine? I thought that cloud renderings automatically assigned a detail level of fine. Try setting it to fine and let me know.

I am having a similar issue. I am using windows that have built in muntins, where I can set how many I want horizontally and vertically. When I edit the family they will show up in 3D, but when I load into the main model they only appear as thin lines. I am doing a rendering through enscape and they do not appear in enscape as well.
