why is my navigation bar and View control icons so small ? (4k)

Currently purchased a new laptop Windows 10 , and 4k display. Currently using Revit Arc. and noticed by navigation and view control icons are very small. Any way of changing the size with out changing the 4k display.

I think you're looking for this..

Command:  OP(options) > ViewCube Tab > ViewCube appearance panel > ViewCube size.

No, @Anonymous is referring to the View control bar and Selection toggles being tiny on 4K displays. 
 laptop with 4K in my opinion not the best idea, screens are too small. BUT, lots on the forums about it, do a quick search. Last I read, playing with the display resolution may assist. Do you hook it up to another monitor?

I am going to try to hook it up to another monitor that is not 4k , I will see if this resolves my problem

Revit interface doesn't play nice with multiple monitors with different vertical resolutions unless you have everything Revit in only one of those monitors.  You may need to reduce the resolution of the laptop screen after all.
