I can't recreate your problem, it works fine for me.

Which Revit version do you have 2018 or 2018.2?

Every now and then Autodesk published update releases for Revit. It's for subscription only.

OKAY, i'll explain my problem again..

the family is for a simple wall opening, i need to make the right and left side of the opening floating to be aligned with an already  prepared opening.

now the problem is when i align the left or right side, it never reached the wall, and also moves the other side, please watch the video

Check for Left Reference Plan "In Reference" - Center and "Defines Origin" checkbox.
For Center Reference Plan "In Reference" - Weak or Not a Reference and uncheck"Defines Origin".
