Why do my walls from the floor below go through my floor above?

Hi, I'm new to Revit and as I was adding a new floor, the walls from below seem to cut through my floors above. I checked the height of the walls and the floors, and the measurements don't seem to cut into each other. With that said this only happens for a few walls. not all of them, and the height are the same.

Thank you so muchwalls through floors (2).png

Change the top offset to minus few inches, or attach the top of the walls to the floor.

Thank you very much for replying, but I am still a bit confused. I'm trying to attach the walls to the floors above but when I click "Attach top/base" and chose the floor I want the walls to attach to, I get the error, "Can't keep wall and floor joined". How do I stop getting this error?

Hello, I'm not sure what is going on? Regarding attaching walls to floors it seems it requires that the wall falls fully in the floor. If a part of the wall is not covered by the floor, you'll get an error. Try to see if you can unjoin geometry of wall and floors or check if you lock reference the wall/floor, unlock it. Better cut sections to the portion for better view. Thanks

Thanks for the reply, but I still get the error. I have posted this question in a different post. But your solution regarding the attachment of walls to floor problem seem to work for most of my other walls so thank you very much.
