I have created a view template to schedule each of the partitions in the project. However, I have noticed that if I want to change the name of the schedule (as shown below) I have to take off the template in order to change the name.
I have more or less than 20 schedules for my partitions, and I'm wondering why this isn't similar to a instance parameter or something like that. Because everytime I adjust the name and take off the template I end up having to move all columns that I have moved to fit on the sheet. It has become very annoying having to do this every time I have to make a name adjustment.
Please if anyone knows any workarounds or if I am missing something i am open to listening.
Thanks,

I can change the view name too but that's not what i'm asking. It's the header in the schedule as shown here.
Edit the Template and clear the Formatting box then you can re-title as you want.
The view name does not change the header. It only changes what you see on the Project Browser in Schedules. See image.
Yeah I guess that works, but would like it where I wouldn't have to mess with the template like that. Im just going to have to re align all my schedules then. I hope that no one wants to change the font or text, because that would be a real pain having to do that manually for all the schedules.
So, you do NOT want the Header Title to match the View Name and name in the Project Browser?
Yes, the header has more information that i don't need on the Project Browser
I don't have column widths applied because it varies every wall partition, and have to manually change the widths to keep it all info on one line. I think i'll try turning off the formatting and if becomes an issue then i'll just go back to what i have been doing. Just wish the header was something you could edit without having to turn off and turn on something
