Why are my lines transparent when I print?

Why are my lines transparent, and are showing darker at overlapping spots? Half tone and underlay for the Revit link have been turned off.

Which PDF printer and settings do you use to print?

I meant the Bluebeam print settings - the dialog right after you click OK to print. Do you see Line Merge or Line Overwrite?

What's the view discipline?

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

@RobDraw View discipline is set to host view Electrical.

Does switching the view discipline to architectural get rid of the transparency?

I think the reason for the dark areas where the lines overlap is the lines overwrite vs lines merge setting.

The settings look okay.  I normally get this effect when I set to Line Merge and Blend mode to Overlay.  Maybe try another PDF printer.

@RobDraw switching discipline did not change the transparency.

@ToanDN We don't have a different PDF printer. Other projects have been printing perfectly fine with these same printing settings. Are there line transparency settings that I should be adjusting within the Revit link or under manage object styles?

UPDATE: where it says application in those print settings, instead of autodesk revit document, if I print it as a "Revu Document" it seemed to solve the problem.
