Where do I show toposurface contour lines?

I created a toposurface as shown in the Getting Started tutorial and am having trouble getting the contour lines to show.  Previously, I found a button somewhere that showed them, but haven't been able to find it again.  I checked the help page under "show contour lines" and "show toposurface contour lines."  The model is only showing the lines that I created while making the toposurface.

I found topography under visibility/graphics.  I tried changing the settings for 'Lines' for primary and secondary contours  to weight 1, color black, and pattern solid with no luck. What is the <No Override>?  I also tried the lines setting for the overall topography boxes with no luck.

I was.  Tuning it off didn't do it.

Does the topography have slope(s)?

Yes, I put in different elevations for the 3 lines that define my toposurface.  I can see the appropriate elevation changes in 3D.

Can you share screenshots of the View's view range and of a Section cuts through the topo showing the Levels?

Or, simply post the Revit file here.
