The PC is fine opening files from Desktop, but when trying to open from Bim, then the screen skips back to the Blue screen closing Revit and provides an error code.
Define "PC". You should list your PC hardware and OS. Do other demanding software work?
Sounds like your hardware/OS is c$$p.
IF Revit crashes, it usually doesn't take the whole system down. Windows has been using sand-boxing for decades by now.

That's all?
That's not a Revit Error code - at least to my knowledge. Might be thrown by the Operating System?
If you're talking "blue screen" as in the "Blue Screen of Death"; that's the OS.
Clear BIM 360 cloud worksharing cache and install the latest update for Desktop Connector.
So what's the hardware? For all we know you could have the cheapest PSU, a single core processor and 1GB of RAM, which would explain crashing.
if your OS isn't corrupted (which we don't know), this sounds like insufficient hardware.

I carried out updates for my current Revit version and somehow everything works again.
It is best to keep updated. Sometimes, they fix unexpected errors.
