We are going to work on a master site Revit file that has individual Revit buildings linked to it in a Central local network environment. But we're going to convert this project into BIM 360 in the future. What is the process of doing that? If I click the "Collaborate" button (as I always do to make a project into 360), does it automatically upload all other linked Revit files? Or do I need to upload them in the cloud individually and manually?

You need to Initiate all the Revit models, then update all the links. Do not simply "upload" models.

Thanks Alfredo for replying. Can I ask what do you mean by "Initiating"?

Never mind my previous question, I think I know what you meant by Initiating. Thx

"Initiate" is the name of the button that you click to convert a non-shared Revit model into a cloud model. If you simply upload a model to the cloud, that model will continue to be a non-shared Revit model.

I haven't' seen that button in a while. It's now called collaborating in the cloud, if I'm not mistaken.

You're not mistaken. However, for several years, the button that we had to click after having a folder selected in the cloud and the file name ready, was called "Initiate". At least until 2022. So I got used to that term. I see that the most recent versions don't use that button anymore.
