I have a question about starting create some object. I want to know What is the difference between Project, Family and Conceptual Mass in Revit?
Do those things have maximum size of file?

Very simply we say|
Project: In this environment, there are basic tools to create a project, such as Wall, Floor, Roof, Stair and... The format of these files is RVT.
Family: Generally, in projects, we need components to complete it, such as Doors, Windows, Furniture and ... The format of these files is RFA.
Conceptual Mass: It is in two forms: Mass and Adaptive Mass. Mass space is like a project space With the difference that you just design the whole volume or idea And it is unchangeable category But Adaptive Mass space is like family space The difference is that More flexible.

Regarding Families: Revit has three types: Loadable, System and In-Place. RVTs are those loadable families created in various RFT environments; Revit Family Templates.
