what happened to the libraries for Revit2022 and RevitLt 2022?

In I try to insert a new window type, all I see are folders for "Route Analysis" and "Structural Precast".  What happened to all the families?

I think Autodesk disabled installing libraries by default, because you can load Autodesk's families through "Load Autodesk Family" feature. You can find it on the "Insert" tab. If you prefer having all library families on disk, you have to install them manually.

You can access it by clicking on INSERT>LOAD AUTODESK FAMILY. This way you can access all content online
