Website problem

Hello autodesk is there any problem with autodesk revit forum I cannot see any posted question in my computer. I can only see this forum from my mobile phone.

Hi @ennujozlagam

 

I also had some problems to login at certain stages yesterday. Your post do get posted as can be seen below:

Seeing as you can access everything via your phone, the problem then lies with your computer.

Troubleshooting which you could go through is: 

  • Test the Forum on two different browsers e.g. - Chrome & Firefox. If it works on one browser, then a possible update or re-install might be required on the faulty one. 
  • Clear your browser's cache and also do a quick disk clean-up removing all temporary files. (Try this before removing/installing your preferred browser). 

I hope this helps and this problem might only be temporary.

@rudi.roux hello, thank you for your reply, I already tried  and use 3 different browser uninstall and reinstall before I posted this question but doesn't works. It was working fine yesterday. Thanks

 

Admin please delete my 2 posted same question I have difficulties typing in mobile phone I didn't realize my mistake until I saw it. Thanks

I have been having this issue for few weeks (Since I became active in the forum). I noticed it mostly happen if I click on the topic link from an email, then if I choose architecture or structure forum I won't see any post.

 

To overcome this issue, I always start my day by going to http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/bd-p/133

Then I can click on the links in the received emails without any issue.

@BIM.Consultant  Hello, thanks for your reply. It was working fine yesterday, but today I encountered a problem. I can open through my email link, but once you go to message listing becomes totally blank, not only that I called my friend from other office they also experienced the same thing so the bottom line the problem is from Autodesk and not from my computer setting. Thanks

Yea exactly the problem is from the website and have been around for a while. I'm glad you had time to record a video showing the issue. Cheers!

Changing the URL from http: to https: might do the trick.

I had this problem this morning but it went away without doing anything so I thought it was my server settings.  Now I see they officially announced it with a big orange banner:
