Hi all,
I’m currently working on a project for school where I had to create the first and second floor first. Now I have to create the foundation of the building. As i used the Underlay to create the second floor, I wanted to use the underlay to create the basement too. Yet this isn’t working.
I have 4 levels:
-01 - bassment
-0.5 - crawl space
01 - groundfloor
02 - 1ste floor
I want the underlay to project the walls of “01 - groundfloor” onto the “-01 - basement” so I can use them to sketch out my basement. I’ve been playing around with the underlay settings, view range, and anything else I was able to find on youtube and the rest of the internet.
The only things visible are the doors, windows, furniture and plumbing fixture, depending on the setting I played with. But the walls are just not visible, while these are the ones a want to see....
I assume this is such a basic thing it’s to ridiculous to find online. And it might be possible i’ve screwed up the settings while playing along with them without knowing what I was doing....
hope somebody can help me
kind regards,
Ben
Check your Foundation Plan View View Range Settings. "Bottom" = "Unlimited"?
Underlay not visible in View? Maybe Phase related?
Check through this "cheat sheet". One of these 33 applies. I guarantee it.
