Walls in different groups stop being room bounding

Good morning from the Netherlands,

I have an issue where walls (in a group) stop being room bounding when another group is placed next to them.

First they function correctly:

But when another group is placed next to it, with another wall, some part of the walls stop being room bounding:

Room bounding is on, on all walls.

Computation height for the levels is on 0

The height of the walls is controlled by the same global parameter

The room constraints are fine as well:

I really have no clue as to what could be the issue. The weird thing is the wall seems to be room bounding for the bottom romo but not fot the top room, but it's the same wall!

Did anyody have a similar issue, or can anybody help me with this?

I could ofcourse use room boundary lines, but i'd rather not.

I did some more testing and found that within a certain distance from eachother the walls room bounding property seems to be ignored:

But after that they work fine again.....

checking only in the plan is not gonna work

1. Keep a section to check and correct.

2. Room bounding requires a certain Wall height ( base offset zero or lower than associated level )

3. so consider you have a square room, with wall heights 3000mm, and base offset 100mm, the Room won't work...

in this case, the Room separation line is required...

hope this gives you some direction...

Wall and Room associated with same level.. wall should start from that level atleast...Wall and Room associated with same level.. wall should start from that level atleast...

I decided to leave out the section view as I already had a lot of images.

As you can see, there are no holes anywhere.
