walls connection to each other

I am drawing the insulation as a separate wall. when I define the function of in the edit family, as insulation, the bearing walls shoots through the insulation I modelled at the end. can I avoid this without having to change the function of both walls to an equal function?

Thanks!

Your wall must be one type with other layer.

You can always use Join Geometry to hide the Visible Edges between the Walls that touch each other.
