wall

I must have messed up my settings: Level 1 View.I have checked the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings and to no avail I have not been able to figure this out. The walls are showing up on my reflected ceiling plan for Level 1.

Can somebody help? Thanks a lot.

Hi ,

Check the view range of the reflected ceiling plan at the properties pallet (JPG. A) , you will find that the cut plane is set to be at a mid value for your level ,

and so all your walls will be shown at the ceiling view.

If you need to control the above mentioned, control your view range. for example,

* if your walls are 4 m height.

* the "cut plane" of the reflected ceiling is around 2m for example (JPG.B),,,,

* and so your walls will be shown at the "reflected ceiling"

* BUT if the "cut plane" of the reflected ceiling is around 4 m for example (JPG.C),,,,

* nothing of your walls will be shown at your "reflected ceiling plane" as they will be below the cut plane.

if the above can not trouble shoot your issue , kindly send me a sample file for your issue.

I wish I have helped you,,

Thank you so much Rana for your prompt response. it meant the world to me. I was able to understand my problem which was on Level 1. Problem was found in Properties under constraints where my base offset was set at 8'-0" and I changed it to 0'-0" and then my wall appeared. So thank you again for you help!
