If you see the attachment you will understand better my problem.
The grey wall have 3 layers and the one of them go straignt to the other wall which don't have any layer.
I tried to join the walls but the problem is the same.

Did you allow to join ?
other option is making it a separate wall-type. and align it the your wall.
@mairh_tsek: I probably go with @Anonymous on this one, but just FYI: you could make the wall into parts and stretch the layer (by activating shape handles).
When you say "to the other wall which don't have any layer."- I'm lost! There must be at least one layer in every Revit Wall.
I would check you Layer Functions / Priorities of the Layers (in question) and which Zones (ie Core or Finishes) they are located in. I suspect your rogue wall has a higher priority and is a core layer- thus cutting across the other one
