I am using a student version of Revit and it does not have anywhere near the same amount of wall types compared to when I use it college.
Is this just because it is a student version or am I able to download more wall types?

Walls are System Families (built in to the software) so you don't download them
You duplicate and edit what you have, to create your own wall types.
Or you can copy (Transfer Project standards) from another project.
You add layers and assign a function, material and thickness
Thank you for the reply Alan,
How do I copy some from another project?
Thanks again!
Open both project files
with the one that you want to copy the walls in to Active
on the Manage tab look for Transfer project Standards
Check none
tick Wall Types
I would always select New Only in the next dialog just in case you have edited anything
