Wall type needed - Traditional Log Cabin with rectangular Logs and chinking

I'm sure I'm pushing the envelope, but I have a client who purchased 111 rectangular white pine logs - and has, of course, asked me to design her dream home with them. (kind of like Lincoln logs, but I'm up for a challenge.)

I have found the round-type log wall family. The problem with this is that the logs are round and there is no chinking in between. I have rectangular logs that will get a traditional chinking.

Since these are individual logs, all different sizes, individually numbered and "visually" graded (insert eye roll here...), I thought that one way to go about this would be to model each one.  Except that then they would not work as walls, into which I can put doors and windows, but as individual structural members.

How would you handle this BIM conundrum?

Not an "eye-roller" at all. I had a client a few years ago that did the same thing.  I used the rounds as panels in Curtain Walls.  FWIW.

...I think the best advise I could give you would be to contact the local jurisdiction building department, et al, and get their advise.  What I remember most about the job was that the permitting process was everything but a slam dunk.
