Dear Revit users,
I would like to have wall sweep on only both side of two openings but not between two openings.
So I thought I was able to draw them separately but when I drew one short wall sweep it extended to the the second opening.
It was unexpected!
Only way I can think of to achieve my goal here is adding a void to erase the unwanted part of sweep, however, the total length of wall sweep will differ from actual length.
I would appreciate if you can give me any clues!!
Thank you in advance!
Yuki

...could split the wall too. Disallow Join and hide visible edges with Join Tool. No?

......or, apply your sweep and split the wall at the centerlines of the doors afterwards, then use the "Add/Remove Walls" tool to eliminate the in between sweeps. More than one way to skin a cat; for sure.
Thank you for the video you shot!
I used offset instead of shortening the door height and it worked well ![]()
I was thinking to use wall sweep for wall mounted handrails for corridor without using handrail tool.
"modify returns" works quite well to made continuous handrails around walls.
Anyway, thank you for helping me again!
