Wall Sweep Cut by Insert - Adjust Cut Depth?

I'm having an issue with wall sweeps being cut by an insert far beyond the extent of the insert. For example, I have a door and there is a wall located across from the door. When the sweep is being cut by the door, it cuts it back 5', even though this cuts into the base on the wall opposite the door. I've attached images to better illustrate what is happening. 

Is there any way to reduce this cut depth to a few inches rather than 5ft?

Hi can you share the Revit file? if it has copy righted material, just keep the wall, the door and what required to show the issue.
