Wall Schedules Calculating Areas

Revit doesn't let you get height information or calculate the area of the wall surface? I am trying to get my schedule to do accurate take-offs for Revit. Our CM wanted to see 'area of wall' as at least an (length)x(height) formula but it seems Revit doesn't want to do that. 

Is there maybe a parameter that says the area of the wall surface? To be even more accurate than LxH? I tried writing the formula, and as seen in the screen shot, Revit does not like it.

A wall schedule or a wall material take off schedule can show Area and Unconnected Height of walls.

The calculated Height parameter in your screenshot should a Length parameter Type, not Number.
