Wall mounted rail not returning

Hi there, 

I am trying to draw a wall mounted handrail and it will not return to the wall. What would be the best way to fix this? Please see images below.

Technically it should work with the top rail unless the values of the fillet radius, the clearances, the diameter of the profile with the length of the extension or some other parameter are not matching for one another. Once cannot troubleshoot without you posting the stair/rail for checking. Copy/Paste it to/from clipborad in a blank file and post it

If you cannot upload the file and cannot get the top rail to work, Try using Handrail 1 without the Top Rail see if the extenssion/wall return for that works
