Wall mounted object attaching to inside of wall

I downloaded an object which was attaching fine to my walls until I got to another wall and it's attaching to the inside face.

First wall is gwb Finish on metal stud on gwb and the other is single CMU.

In the image it's the pegs.  You can see them on two walls and then on the top wall it doesn't look like they're there but they are all pointed inside the wall.

Turn on wireframe display, select the peg and click on the blue workplane icon next to it to flip it outside.

It doesn't have those.  You're talking about the two arrows that face opposite directions.  Selecting it doesn't bring up any icons next to them.

Well I think the family wan't built correctly so the hook moves following the wall thickness. Share it.

Yeah, I don't know families well enough to fix it.

It is exactly as I was expected.  Here is the revised family.

@Anonymous : did neither one of the families that I and Toan built for you work?   Strange.

They did!  Thanks.  Although, Toan's were 2019, so I couldn't use them.
