Revit has a tool for this...
Look on the Options Bar when you select your existing member joined condition, and you'll see the available alternative joins that are available for that condition chosen (e.g. Butt, Miter, Square Off)
Unfortunately - no. However you can select and change multiple junctions after the walls have been placed..

What is the reasons you always want miter joints? Is there a particular construction technique/ building materials you are doing?
@eddyloy2k: I was pondering the same question as @ToanDN. Personally, I dislike mitering, and do it only out of necessity, because it can cause other frustrations and issues. Just Google it and you'll understand.
...nor do you see much mitering in the field (e.g. real-world).

Oh, think I get it now. Well then, looks like mitering is necessary. A suggested workflow would be to isolate your exterior walls in the plan view, and use the Wall Joins tool to do a multiple select so you can do all the corners simultaneously. Are you familiar with how to do this? Just activate the Wall Join Tool, place a window on one corner and hit the tab key once. A Wall Join window will be placed at every corner around the perimeter. Change to join condition to Miter and every windowed corner with get the miter-touch. Doesn't work 100% of the time, but if it does, it beats the heck out of changing each corner individually.
Yeah, that's because it is measuring from the center of the wall. Anyways, like I said before, I avoid mitering like the plaque. So, I'm just the messenger here, not the preacher. I stated a disclaimer upfront.
