Based on the picture you gave, I assume your problem is not about the wrapping, but the wall joins. Use Wall Joins and play with these settings: "clean Join"/"Don't Clean Join".
If you wanna learn about wrapping though, this is how it works:
Wall layer wrapping at inserts is the wrapping of the window/door openings.
Wall layer wrapping at ends is the wrapping at the end of a wall.
Interior - All layers marked as "Wraps" and beyond the interior side of the core boundary will be wrapped.
Exterior - All layers marked as "Wraps" and beyond the exterior side of the core boundary will be wrapped.
Both - All layers marked as "Wraps" will be wrapped.
