Wall Joining Issue

I am not sure if there is something wrong with the wall setting, with this model I frequently run into wall joining issues - even these two walls are of the same height, they just don't join together nicely.

Select each one and if you see a T symbol then click on it to toggle Allow Join.

They don't have T, but after keep dragging the points, it is fixed; There are many other spots with the same situation, they just don't do the clean join automatically and need to be manually dragging back and forth. Very strange.
