How do I get rid of the line between the an interior wall perpendicular to the exterior wall in course scale view? I cannot insert a snip image of the plan example.

use the Linework (LW) tool. But if the top one wall is below the cut plane of the view, that would be the correct representation. If the cut plane is cutting through both walls, then use the Join Geometry tool or Allow Join to remove the visible edge between them.
Do you have 'Coarse Scale Fill Pattern' checked by any chance in one of the Wall Type Properties?
Check if "disallow join" is active for the wall. Select the wall>Select the blue dot at the end of the wall>Right Click>Allow Join
When the wall is selected, you can also see a T-shaped symbol near the end of the wall for disallow/allow join.
The other possibility is if the vertical wall is in a linked model, the live perpendicular wall will not join to it.
use line work
or try to use Disallow Join to control the join method
It was the course scale fill. I had to make sure that all walls intersecting are either using or not using a course scale fill. Thanks.
In case you don't want to use the course scale representation, just set your wall category detail level to medium/fine in Visibility Graphics for the view.
(Or vise versa if you do want to use course scale representation in another scenario with a medium/fine view, set it to course in Visibility Graphics for the view, wall category. Then make sure they're all the same course pattern for joining purposes.)
