Hello,
I want put the level of wall under the pavement. To lower the wall I use heigher offset.
I ask if there is a specific command folding the wall between pavements?
Maybe these in attechment 2 (folding of the inserts or folding of extremes)?
Thank's

Firstly unlock all the layers , then you will be able to move the top handle of the wall to align it with the bottom of the pavement.
if you are using a normal wall (not compound) you can only use attach tool.

@MostafaElashmawy thank's for your answer.
I want to keep two different levels of wall. The external allign to the top layer of pavement.
The internal down the pavement as in attachment 1.
Ask if there is a command that allow this without use offset command. Is not these in attachment 2?
Thank's
Set wall top to be aligned with the level and then use join geometry tool to clean up the join. Is that what you wanted?

Ask if there is a command or a type of property wall can allow to put the wall from the top level to the base lavel of the pavement without use offset ( -0.362 in this particular case).
Usually it's the attach tool.
but it will not work for your case because you need some layers in different level.
