Wall - floor change after creating part

Hello guys,

I need to make an IFC export with just the structural core from the walls and floors. So, I am creating parts, then apply filters for each part material. Anyway the join from the wall and flor change after I create the part. 1st picture is before aplying the create parts and the 2nd is after. I know I can enable the shape handles for the part and drag the part as the 1st picture but this is part of a big progect and it is a hassle to make this in each wall after creating parts. Anyone know how I can fix this ? or any other way I can make an IFC export with just the structural core.

You could probably save some clean-up time and effort by disallowing joins before converting to Parts.

Yes. I also thought about that but still it needs to be done one by one, or is there a way to disallowing all the joins in a model in just one step? thanks
