wall finish wraps around the columns

Do you guys know why the wrap happens even if the wrapping at the ends of the wall is turned off? Even when I disallow the wall join, it still happens. Do you have any idea how to prevent the wrapping?

i assume you mean at the connection points?

that's not wrapping that is joining :lächelndes_Gesicht_mit_lächelnden_Augen:. the materials are the same so Revit "connects" them. you would have to change the material of one of them or use the Wall Join tool, select the join and set it to "Dont Clean Join".

Did you use an architectural column instead of a Structural Column?  Architectural columns interact with the walls around them.

Use Structural Column, not Architectural Column.

Uncheck Auto Join in Column Family.
