Hi Community
How can I make the exterior finish of the wall cover the window frame similar to the attached detail? When I place the opening cut line it always cut straight through all wall layers

Do not use the Openong tool. Use/Create a void extrusion to cut the host

Thank you that worked for the brick but how can I make the cement board from the interior stop at the brick and close over the insulation? it is always stopping at the center of the window
Check the reference plane at the center of the window...see marked in red. And uncheck the property defining it as
Add a new ref plan as shown below ,>> and lock the void to it and >> set this plane as wall closure
You can also give it a parameter to control at which layer the void stops same for the dims marked green if you want flexibility in how much it should cut off from the interior layers.
Wall Closure

Ok it is looking almost as I want it. How to stop the insulation and air layer from closing at the brick? they must continue straight and close on the cement board and I need to place there 2 wooden frames instead but I don't know how
Also the window swing open I placed in the family get trimmed or hidden by window
It depends on how the wall structure is set up to wrap. If you are wrapping interior at inserts, you have 2 options - edit wall type/edit structure and do one of the following:
For the opening swing symbol... I would guess that u have used model lines and they are placed on the ref level so they are hidden by the wall...if you do not need them in 3D, select them and use convert from the ribbon to change them to symbolic lines.. (make sure draw in foreground is checked)

Thanks that is really great. How about the wood frames? Should I draw them as lines too or is there a better way?
Several ways to do that...if it is just a detail thing, you can best a detail item into the window family.
Alternatively, you could model them as window components (nested shared one if you need to quantify)
You can also (in the project) use a non-embeded curtain wall with just mullions
