Just a first guess:

Select the walls one by one. Maybe it has been set to 'disallow join'.

You could try the 'trim' command to join them.

Kind regards

Which Wall Group is the Type from? They are not curtain walls are they, without the corner mullions?

Failing that, one or both are probably set to "Disallow join"

Kind regards,
Ian

This is just a basic 100mm wall from the revit family. Join status: ALLOWED

Does this happen only in that one location? Do all the other corners (with that wall type) in your model join OK?

Kind regards,
Ian

We're just guessing here. If it's not too big of a deal, can you share your .rvt file so we can have a look?

There are many ways to get walls to clean up.

Tip: When doing this, use the "sunglasses tool" at bottom left of your screen, select the two walls, and choose Isolate Element.

This makes cleanup easier because you are focused only on the two walls and not all the other elements in the model.

1. Try using the Wall Join Tool

2. Select blue dot at end on wall, right click, allow join or disallow join--experiment and see if either makes a difference.

3. Use Trim command

4. Use Align command, select exterior face of one wall, then align other to it.

5. Check to see if one or both walls are attached to a roof above, which can sometimes cause join issues

6. If one wall is in a Linked model, joins do not work

7. See if either wall's Profile has been Edited--this can cause join problems.

Hello

Keep a floor plan, and 3D view looking at that location next to each other..

you will find the solution if you coordinate like that..

Try dragging " wall end " away from the edges, make "allow join" and trim again..

Use wall join command to get a clean join..

( most of the time this problem arises when the walls heights are different which is not visible on plan views to figure out )
