Hey guys, so recently I was building this refuse chamber in my project and I have encountered some issues with my walls, mind asking what causes this? as you can see one wall cuts perfectly fine but the rest of the wall just doesnt cut it in PLAN, in 3d it works just fine, section and elevations works fine too.

Check your View range. That's what controls the cutting in a plan view. With the base offset difference of the walls, you will probably need to use a plan region to change the view range over part of the walls too.

Walls with the unconnected height shorter than 6'-0" will not show cut even if they are cut by a floor plan view range cut plane.  To fix, set the short walls to have Top Constraint to the same level as Base Constraint and Top Offset = whatever the height you need them be.

Set your View Phase Filter to Show Complete.  Does that resolve it?

@juliar123 to answer that question my view range are set fairly low,

I hear you, it kind of solved it, like it currently allows me to cut lower than expected previosuly but the wall material still does not show like the top wall, the Top horizontal wall is literally the same height but I dun see the reason why revit cant allow me to show it.

@barthbradley nope currently my view phase filter are set to show all, I did try to make it show complete but nothing changed since I modeled all in this phase.

You never did what I suggested you should be doing.  There is no issue with Cut Plane, but how you set the wall properties.

yes, thank you @ToanDN that solved it, but just a question why does it affect it this way?

It is by design of the program.  It is to show dwarf walls without being cut even they are cut by the cut plane, a drafting convention I guess.
