Hi everyone,
I have a student who is attempting to redo their wall texture by adding an image that they want to base it off of. When they added the image it added a rectangular tile pattern to their image. All patterns are turned off, all colors set to white, etc. The weird thing is that I had the student send me the file so that I could work on fixing the problem, and it appears completely normal on my device. We are both on Medium Detail Level and Realistic.
Any help that you might be able to give would be great! Thanks!
