I am currently trying to export some walkthroughs and solar studies but nothing seems to be working out. I am following the instructions set out on the autodesk help section yet an error message comes up almost every time saying there was an error writing into the stream and the operation has been cancelled
Twice I have managed to export without this error message occuring when exporting walkthroughs. However, when I attempt to play the file I am told that there are errors within the file and it cannot be played by windows media player
When using another media player to open the file, VLC media player, there is yet again an error message (screenshot c).
When I proceed to play the file it comes out skewed and disjointed like below.

With the solar studies I can't even get past the error message.
Judging by the instructions on the autodesk website this should be a fairly simple process? Any ideas why it is going so wrong? I have followed the instructions exactly as here:
I have tried every compression option and nothing is working. I am using Revit 2015 on a HP running Windows 7.
Help would be appreciated!
