My wc is a back wall hosted family.

How can I make the imbedded recessed toilet paper dispenser void automatically cut into the SIDE WALL ?

And further inquiry, how would it only cut into the side wall but NOT cutting the toilet paper rolls.

Can’t see what you have there but a wall hosted family can only cut the host wall automatically. If it has nested components (like a dispenser) which go on the lateral walls, these won’t cut automatically. For such families you need to place then use cut for the latter wall
