Void In Family Help Please

The attached family is for a simple display case that is recessed in walls. The family flexes correctly but doesn;t work correctly when I insert it in a project. I believe the problem is with locking the various faces to the placement side of the wall. The back side of the trim pieces (red arrows) should lock to the wall face, and the glass face (blue arrows) should lock to the wall face. The void (orange arrows) should be competekly in the wall, not partially outside as in the 2nd image below. Any suggestions to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

You need to add a dimension from the ref plane at the face of the wall to the face of the wall (should be 0) and lock it.

Using align and lock between the ref plane and the wall face does not work.
