Hi everyone,
I've modeled a void family extruded from a spline arch with points located on the same plane.
When I host the family on the pavement the points of the family move (picture 1).
How can I block that?
I attached the file,
Thank you.

I've modeled a void family extruded from a spline arch with points located on the same plane.
The points between the adaptive points were located in the same plane when you placed them in the family but they where not constrained to stay in that plane.
How can I block that?
If your objective is to ensure that the two ends of the void stay vertical, here is what you can do:
1. Create a reference line between adaptive points 1 and 2,
2. Place new reference points hosted on the reference line. This will ensure they stay on that reference line (they will be constrained to stay on that line),
3. For each point on the reference line,
Once the points are created, you can create a "straight" spline between points 1 and 2 then a curved spline between 1 and 2 including the points offset vertically.
Repeat for the opposite side and create your void.
Do not try to cut the floor exactly on the 4 corners, Revit doesn't seem to like that.
I've attached a partially modelled solution using only d1 thru d4.
