Visualization Problems

Hi everyone,

I've got a problem to import families in Revit.  I download few families from BimObjects website and when I upload in Revit project I see them in floorplan, section and elevations but not in 3D view. Only when I activate HIDE VIEW I'm able to see them as in the example below.Revit shows it as it is turned on and not hidden. At the moment i deactivate HIDE VIEW the shelf is hidden again.

  I ask if there are some properties or options that I didn't take into account. I verified the visbility in the family but everything seems okay.

Hi @ricciTCJPZ,

Strange, it shows with reveal hidden elements but doesn't display in red....like the levels in the screenshot.

Maybe a graphics issue and the forced viewmode change displays it.

If reveal mode is off can you select/highlight the element? (get a boundingbox when hovering over it's position)

Ps. What's the family's category?
