visual programming panel is missing in revit 2019

dynamo 1.3.3 is installed in the revit 2019 but in manage panel visual programming panel is missing

Dynamo v1.3.3 is not supported with Revit 2019. You'll need to install a more Recent version. see this post on the Dynamo forums: https://forum.dynamobim.com/t/revit-2019-install-dynamo-gone-from-revit-2016/21046

For the record, Dynamo 1.3.3 does work with Revit 2019 (and is what installs with it).  The problem is that 1.3.3 is not supported on Revit 2016, and installing 1.3.3 will uninistall any previously installed 1.x version of Dynamo Core.  If you want to run 1.3.2 on Revit 2016 and also run Dynamo on Revit 2019 on the same machine, you have to uninstall 1.3.3, and then install 1.3.2 and the current 2.0.x version, so you can use 1.3.2 in 2016 and the 2.0.x version in 2019.
