Hello,

I seem to be doing something wrong in working with the Visibility Graphics Overrides.

Wanted condition is that the columns circled in red should be seen in black-solid. I tried to set it through VG in View Template, and also in the material graphics as seen in the screenshot.

I am sure there is a "BIM" way of doing it. Have come to a stage of not being able to figure out at all, so asking you all. Would be really thankful of you.

Are they structural columns or architectural columns?

@ToanDN, Apologies. Couldn't reply earlier probably due to timezone difference. It is a structural column.

@PijPiwo, yes, it is a part of the column buried in the wall.

So, I guess joining didn’t help. I was able to recreate your condition with the settings that I think you used and joining did the job with the concrete column (wood will not join). Can you upload your project - wall and column only, or at least give us the properties of the view, columns and walls?
