Views resizing Properties and Project Browser

We've just started using R19 on a new project and I'm encountering an annoying new feature bug.  I have the Properties and Project Browser pallets docked to either side of my view and when I open some views, 3D views in the Family Editor in particular, the view expands and crushes the pallets.  I have to stretch them back to their original width.

Maybe something to do with Monitor Display settings?

Yes I have seen this issue too.

I cant put my finger on what or when this happens, but its to do with the new view tabs.

If Project Browser is docked to the right hand side, it starts off OK but then ends up squashed at the side.

Another colleague has experienced this too so I don't think it is to do with monitor display settings.

.... I saw these couple of solutions

... you can try

If they are SHARING the same window, as evidenced by the fact that they are tabbed... grab one of the tabs and drag it completely outside of the window.

@aRcHiTeCt.JM

At first I didn't get what you were suggesting, assuming you meant moving the dialogues to another screen where I usually have bluebeam or excel running.  That wouldn't do.  But rather than have Revit maximized to its screen I have the Project Browser and Properties dialogues dragged out onto the desktop covering the real estate they would have IN the Revit window with the Revit window now between them.  This should do the trick.  I only hope Revit remembers this arrangement every time I restart it.

Thanks
